Guitar Heroes

As some of you may know, I've spent the last ten days Stateside on business. Having found a bit of time for pleasure as well while in NYC, I've taken advantage of a great tip I got from Tony and went to visit "Guitar Heroes" exhibit at the Met.

Having never been around classy guitars, all I can say is wow... some very lovely pieces, I was a bit short on time and couldn't examine everything in detail it quite obviously deserves but I was impressed nevertheless.

Again, many thanks to Tony for an excellent heads-up, and just for the record here are some pictures since I know you guys like pictures :) .Photography of any kind is strictly forbidden (and I mean STRICTLY forbidden, there are at least five rather large guys walking around the place making sure noone even attempts getting their camera out). Luckily my significant other doesn't take well to threats and restrictions, so here are a few shots she has taken stealthily with her Iphone. They are as crappy as phone pictures come and I'm sure google would turn up many better photos but here they are, for what it's worth.

EDIT: there seems to be a 3 picture attachment limit so I'll break this up over a few posts.
