Good for you. I went without one for a 3 year period, and my wife and I are thinking about pulling the plug on this one. But then I would miss out on the Sheenster's shenanigans. Dang.

Bravo, Kevin, on having no tv. I tried that here but my girlfriend went into Project Runway withdrawal and I missed Deadliest Catch- which reminds me how much I like being warm!

Now I have to be the wet blanket. What you are seeing with Sheen is textbook addict behavior. Negative drug tests aside, that's what he is, clean or not. His mania won't last as his addictions or mental condition will get the better of him. It's unfortunate that his spectacle is being exploited for entertainment value rather than as a means of educating people on the long term consequences of substance abuse. But that makes for poor ratings.

OK, hopping of my soapbox now.... (Gotta take more "Charlie Sheen" and melt my face off!!!)

When we moved to the new house 7 yrs ago , we moved in July and didn't even get the TV hooked up till Dec. I tried turning up the brightness but it didn't work. Thank goodness for the learning and discovery channel.
