The builds at somewhat of a hold for now. I'll be spraying finish for it in about 7 weeks until then I'll be taking my time on carving the neck since it's no hurry, so it will be at this stage for a little while yet.
This guitar is also the first attempt on a headstock inlay I've ever done. I spent about a solid 4-5 hours of cutting out the DB from a piece of Koa and filing it with needle files until it looked good. Luckily, with out breaking it into more than one piece, haha. It turned out pretty well, so I picked up a half lb of green abalone and a half lb of gold MOP to continue practicing on.
