Hello again from KC

Post by krrtlr1 »

Hey All,

I am back from an extended hiatus. My father died 2 years ago, My wife and both I retired and we moved to the other side of the KC metro area to take care of aging parents. Sometimes we are not sure about that retired part.
I think sometimes we work harder than we did when we were working. :-)

I pulled the guitar back out yesterday and have installed 4 more side braces. I felt good to do something fun again.
Looking forward to getting it going again and finishing this time.

Later!

Glad you’re back, Tracy!

Condolences on the loss of your father. Family obligations are certainly most important. I did very little on my guitar build for over a year, for similar reasons, caring for a parent. Life happens and adjustments are made.
Hope to see your updates!
Take care.
