Hello from central PA
Specifically, York, PA.
Thanks for allowing me to join and I look forward to learning more. I have done guitar repairs for the last couple of years but I am looking forward to taking the next step and build one from a kit.
I'm sure I will be reading the tools section and reading on the adventures other have had in an effort to learn. When I get the kit I will do my best to share my mistakes so others can learn what not to do.

Hi phavriluk,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on your question. I buy (or have donated to me) entry level guitars and get them ready for playing and donating local groups here. The repairs I have done so far are bridge replacements, broken neck, broken head stock, popped frets, broken tuner replacement or fixing the holes they screw into, brace repair, cracked soundboards and nut and saddle replacements.
I think the work I have done as basic guitar tech with setup work as well.
