Found a new way to raise RH
My wife has a garden in next week's Seattle Flower and Garden show and it is too cold outside for the plants. I went from my humidifier struggling to maintain 40% RH to my dehumidifier struggling to maintain 55% RH.

John - I need a list of all the species so I can duplicate that in my shop. Thanks. :-)

Hey John, do me a favor and ask your wife what kind of plants can I put in my shop to LOWER the humidity (haha). I wish it were that simple.

Good one Ken, I like that. I was waiting for someone to suggest a de-humidifying plant, the ones that can be found at Wal-mart in the appliance section.

Re: Found a new way to raise RH
Alas, I need a de-humidifer as I have not found any plants that take water out of the air when the RH hits 50%. But seeing how the plants work to humidify, it may not be as crazy as it seems to have some house plants in the shop. Just keep them watered.
