It’s got a good sound. Hope my friend is pleased.
I tend to tinker and fine tune the ones I keep for myself, touching up, adjusting, etc. kind of hard to send this one down the road.

That’s a stunning instrument! Whoa. I know hickory makes good axe handles, but it sure is beautiful as an accent wood. That cherry back is awesome and looks 200 years old. Thanks for sharing your work.

Beautiful back! I am just wrapping up my curly cherry build. It's much lighter in color. I'll post soon.

Splits time between Oceanside and Clovis. I have no idea where those are, lol. We went to HS together - haven’t seen each other in person in probably 30 years. Clovis is 45 miles up the highway. I actually lived in Fresno but spent much time in Clovis 50 plus years ago.

Out for delivery today in Oceanside.
Not that I’m biting my nails or anything.
But so sure hope it arrives ok and that he is well pleased with the guitar.
This is my first time shipping one of my builds.
The one that went to WA state, he picked up as he was in the area.
All the rest have been in person deliveries.

And he is tickled to death with the guitar.
Whew!
As an aside, after getting this news, had a great gig at a local distillery last night. Doing a little farmer’s market shopping on a beautiful day today. Shaping up as a fine weekend.
