12 Fret, short scale jumbo or Dread

Hi guys,

My next build I want to be a 12 fret, "smeckalister", J-45 12 fret, !931 Authentic D-28 with a shorter scale, Dana B's DS-260 with a 25 inch or 24.75 scale.

Where would I begin to find blueprints? or Stencil or pattern.
