With a 4" sound hole I get this - Inner and Outer rings .075" wide, Middle ring .192" wide spacing between sound hole and rings is .10"

Inner ring I.D. - 2.1"
Middle ring I.D. - 2.275
Outer ring I.D. - 2.567

Sound about right?

the spacing of the rings are .110 but Martin has a tolerance and .010 is not out of the question

I think your I.D.s should be I.R.s :)

I know they changed a good bit. The spec you post are the pre war size the modern is a little heavier.

I thought maybe that was the case. I think I'll be OK with the measurements I have (or within .005 -.010) but it would be interesting to know the specs.
