So far all of mine have been just the basic adjustments at the nut and saddle.

Holy Batman!
According to these fees, I've saved a ton of money on doing my own setups, adjustment of intonation including filing the saddle, replacement and adjustment of saddle and nuts, 8" crack repair and refinish of the entire back, truss rod adjustments, not to mention the restoration of an old classical with a warped top.
Maybe I should become a guitar tech...
