I wanted to post a picture of the final D41 headstock.
It is not perfect but the buyer loves it.

This is the first guitar that I have used true buffing arbor on instead of a drill with a bonnet.
I cannot believe the difference!
And it is buffed in a fraction of the time.
Everyone has said it appears to coated in clear plastic.
