Thanks for the comments. I finished scarping the binding today and tomorrow I'll be pore filling.

These are basically the two positions I'll be using to pore fill.

I sanded down the second coat of epoxy this morning with 400 grit paper. I should mention here that unlike the videos I posted that puts 3 coats on, I only use two and my pores are very level. Not sure but the difference may be that I use a different type epoxy and that I add silica to it to thicken it up.

Then I masked the Dovetail joint and FB extension area.

I then mask the bridge area and measure for the bridge location, mark the bridge outline and cut a little over 1/16" in from the outline (you can see the cross hatches in from the outline, after the finish is on I will more precisely locate the bridge and remove any excess finish from that area). Now I am ready to spray the box.

OK, not much to see here really but it's in the booth for spray finishing. My schedule will go pretty much like this:

1. 3 coats of EM1000 Sanding Sealer two hours apart (already done, that's where it's at now)
2. After 12 hours dry time, a once over with 3M extra fine grey pad.
3. Six coats of EM6000 Gloss, after 12 hours dry time, a once over with 3M extra fine grey pad.
4. Six coats of EM6000 Gloss, after 12 hours dry time, first leveling with 600 grit 3M Fre-Cut Gold.
5. Six coats of EM6000 Gloss, 150 hours of cure time, final leveling with 800 grit 3M Fre-Cut Gold.
6. Wet sand with Micro-mesh 3 x 4 Soft Touch Pads (9 pads in this series but I don't use the first pad).
7. Buff with Menzerna medium and fine polishes.

Edit: I said above 360 hours cure time (not sure what i was thinking at the time), should have been 150 hours so I changed it.
