Happy New Year to all. From reading the threads, it seems much constructive work has continued through the yeear's end. I completed my first, a Mahogany/Sitka dread - bound in Bloodwood. That was my first step in my guitar education. i am well on the way wwith my second mahogany/sitka dred; however, I stained this one with MINWAX Red Mahogany stainand am pore filling with Z-Poxy. The stained one is also bound in Bloodwood. I will try to get pictures posted soon. I had a litter of Doberman puppies taking much of my time and have settles down to guitars being a hobby again. With the first one, I wasnt able to do anything else, and the sloppy work is evident. It is amazing how easily flaws add up and finish certainly exposes them. I wish a great year to all.
