...at using plastic binding came out pretty darn good if I do say so myself. Up to now my guitars were either unbound or had wood bindings. I was apprehensive of the plastic bindings and using duco cement but after inspection I have only one small gap and that is the butt joint of the back binding. When all is said and done this turned out to be a whole lot easier than binding with wood or trying not to have gaps with an unbound guitar. I still like the look of wood better though.

Yeah Tim, from way up here, it looks really good.
I haven't used plastic yet, always wood so far.
