Re: Accident
I would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and well wishes. I saw the Dr. yesterday and all is looking good, I'll be back at it in no time.

Re: Accident
Sorry I'm late to the party (poor terminology) here and I'm not trying to sound like an @$$hole here but it is my opinion that there is no such thing as an "accident", just sayin'... I have had several of them over the years and looking back it was always something I did, something I didn't do, something I should have done, something I shouldn't have done... Anyway I think you get the picture and again I'm trying not to sound like a butthole but lessons can be learned from other's mistakes and I'm grateful for those who risk embarrassment and ridicule to share with the rest of us their "accidents"!

Brian,
I'm sorry to hear about your accident; goes to show how distracted and involved one can get in their work. I wish you a speedy recovery.

Re: Accident
I think we all do that stupid stuff . Accidents are often the end result of poor planing . I am at the age where if I feel uncomfortable with a tooling set up I rethink it. A millisecond of mistake can lead to weeks or a life time of healing. Thanks Brian for pointing out ,WE NEED TO THINK AND BE SAFE.
Cure time is good for lacquer not for fingers.
Glad you are healing Brian

Re: Accident
Brian, I'm very glad to hear you are on the mend! It's so true that when you are rushing is when you make mistakes and have accidents. Been there and done that unfortunately.
Slacker......

Thanks Tommy! A question for ya, how come there are two mistakes in my quote in your post? No big deal, just curious.
