First one complete with pic
Attached is a picture and a sound clip of my first guitar build. I'm really happy with the action and the tone. Already thinking about the next project.

Great fun building! I've several ideas for guitars I'd like to build, including a parlor guitar. A friend of mine has asked be to build one like this first one for him. That will probably be my next one.

tommy,
I was really impressed with the sustain, too. That's with a micarta saddle (I broke the piece of bone I had for the saddle) and platic bridge pins. I was thinking I might replace the pins with bone or Tusq, but I don't think it needs it.

This one turned out great James. You should have sung along with your playing!

Kevin,
I haven't learned how to play and sing at the same time, yet! I can walk and chew gum though. Pocahontas is probably a good one to learn to sing.
