Re: Curly Mango Inauguration
Thanks again for all the compliments. I did a crappy video....please excuse the singing, but you'll get an idea how it sounds. Its even better without the Capo, but I don't sing much without one. (Guess I could just play a song!)

So, my big brother was playing guitar and I figured I'd try it too.

Hey Ken,
It takes cojones grandes to put yourself out there on the Tube.
Great job on the guitar, the playing and the vocals.

Ken,
Great looking and sounding guitar. It fun to see the very well built unique guitars you are creating.

Ken,
I like the sound of that guitar better than I expected to. So why do we need a soundhole in the top????
She is a beauty too.......and what about the Mac......
Oh, and by the way, the Macauaba guitar is the best sounding one I've made so far!!!

Re: Curly Mango Inauguration
It's coming, Kev. I need to get some maple for a neck. I have the fingerboard slotted, but not shaped. The top and back are on, and one binding is on. I am having trouble with flamed maple making the cutaway, and I am not happy with the joins I am getting either. The flamed stuff, as soon as you cut it, starts rippling at the surface, and it shows in the join. I have never been good at joining small areas either. Slowly but surely.
