Solid lining, eh? That would mean no less than 3 sessions with the bending machine per build. For me that'd be more like 6 or 7 sessions! I bet steaming Spanish cedar would smell really good though!

As for the side reinforcement I chose wood over cloth because I just think it looks nicer. Cloth just looks cheap to me. Why not just shellac the inside surface of the sides?
