Re: classical disaster recovered :D
I am coming back to my classical. With a single room work shop I did not want to finish one guitar while constructing another. Now that the Parlor guitar is ready for finish I am finishing up my classical guitar. I am going to string it up in the white to see how it sounds. Having the bridge on makes it a little funky while french polishing but not two bad. You have to deal with the fret board glued on what one more thing. Any way I glued on the bridge today. I will pound in the frets tomorrow and string it up and see how it sounds. I was really happy the gluing caul I was able to find the gluing caul I made a long time OK before I glued on the top.

Last coat of Zpoxy. This is the forth coat. the first three were full strength, this last coat was wiped on zpoxy diluted with alcohol. I will just lightly sand this to nock off any dust then start to French Polish.
After the 3 rd coat I used my random orbital sander with a 1200 micro mesh. The 3 rd coat was Ok so I was able to level no problem. This last coat just makes sure if there were any sand through as the zpoxy is very thin I will have an even coat.
