Watching wood come to life
Not really sure this is the right place to post this, my apologies if it isnt. Just wanted to share a thought that I know Im not alone on: it is just so darn exciting/satisfying to watch a pc of wood come to life under a hand plane. Thats it. Sorry to waste your time!

I think we can all appreciate the transformation from raw stock to finished product. Me I love the wood when you start the finish and get to see the grain pop and come to life. Wood is a great medium to work .
