Back in Town (Recording Link Fixed)
My niece was married in Niceville, FL last Friday and since it coincided with spring break at my kids school, we spent the week in the Niceville/Destin area. Nice to be back in town.
My daughter Kyla was asked to sing in the wedding. She turned 13 in Jan. and this was only the second time she has ever sang in front of people. She was nervous but I thought she did well. I ended up playing for her but kept it very simple to go along with the nature of the hymn (Be Thou My Vision) that my niece chose. Here is a cheesy recording made on my wife's telephone (it get's worse when I sing, Ha!). I'm playing the first guitar I built, a 000 built from one of John Hall's custom kits. Unfortunately, the memory on my wife's phone filled before the song was over so it's cut a little short.

Ok, I'll go check the privacy settings on the video. My wife posted it but probably restricted to viewing by friends only currently.

Very nice. It's great having the opportunity to do that with the kids.
