My brother found this attached to a work bench he was given, and very graciously gave it to me.
It works with a rack and pall underneath the bench and tightens very strongly with a 1/4 turn of the handle. Probably weighs 40 lb.
I cant find a name on it any where, except a few undecipherable letters cast into the handle.
Anyway, it's the best vice for woodworking I've ever used.
