New SPAM Prevention Measures

I have removed the CAPTCHA images from registration as they have been cracked and don't help prevent any SPAM.

I have added an additional process to registration that requires a new user to input the correct answer to register. The user is prompted to: Name one member of the British band The Beatles.

I am hoping this is known well enough to anyone wanting to register to the forum, but not easily figured out by a robot.
