Kevin, The ones in the middle (the bigger ones) are Redfish (Red Drum) and they fight hard, the bigger ones zing your drag out for a ways and then you reel them in a little bit and then they zing your drag out some more and then you reel them in a bit and sometimes this goes on for 15 minutes or more, lots of fun to catch and very good to eat. I like to blacken them best. The others are speckled trout (spotted weakfish) and when you hook into one of those they dance around on top of the water shaking and flopping trying to spit he hook, also a lot of fun to catch and very tasty also, frying being the preferred cooking method. Very strict limits on both fish, only 5 redfish per person per day, must be at least 16 inches to be a keeper and only 1 can exceed 27 inches. Speckled Trout, 25 per person per day, 12 inch minimun to keep.
