A dent can be raised by putting a drop of water on it and applying a clothes iron set on medium to the wet dent. This works very well on dents, however it will not work on a defect where material has been removed such as a chip. I don't know if this applies to any of your defects or not. Oh yeah, I have an old clothes iron out in the shop especially for this 'cause I like sleeping in my bed at night!
