Wow, I will be impressed if you can carefully bend four bindings through the waist with no heat and not cracking at least one of them.

Hello All.
A quick update... I haven't been down in the shop too much lately, other projects and tasks to do have been taking over my time and that is OK. I said in the beginning I didn't want to rush this build. Well, so far so good... I finished binding the bottom last night and all is still OK. No breaks or cracks in the binding and there are only a few small places where I will need to wick in some glue and get some saw dust in the tiny gaps. I did the bottom first to get acquainted with the procedure and will continue onto the top tonight. I guess I am getting lucky without breaking the binding. It is curly maple and I just wet it a little bit and go slow, taping it around the body of the guitar, letting it dry over night. I will post pictures later in the build or blog your project thread I have going. It is the one with with the title of... "starting my Christmas present." Look for pictures tonight. Thank you for your help and interest.
