Impressive! Do you like the waterbased lacquer?

Re: Ready to setup my brothers parlor guitar.
I bought a gallon of Colortone water based lacquer awhile ago. I like it a lot. I find it really easy to work with. It is easy to spray and very forgiving. The coats burn in well. It was easy to level and finish sand and it buffed out nicely. I believe the Stewmac Colortone WB is EM6000 or something very close.Darryl Young wrote:Impressive! Do you like the waterbased lacquer?

More pictures to come but I fretted the guitar, and did a rough setup and she sings! I need the strings to come down a bit to the first fret. I do that with the strings on, just moving them over to go deeper.
The guitar sounds OK and I am sure when I dial it in it will sound really good.

Thanks guys,
I'll put up some better picture when I get them in show it off. Also I will try to get a video posted to show how it sounds. I am very happy with the sound.
