Oh, ya know Jim, this was on a guitar I was building, and I had not yet cut out the soundhole....so yes it was easier then it would have been otherwise. I just didn't like how it turned out and wanted to change it out.

A while back I posted a pic of a rosette that I modified already in the top with the soundhole cut out. I have a pic of the jig I'll add to this and you can see the result under the kit guitars section topic is 2nd kit. I should probably update that soon.
