Your way of removing dried glue?

Is there a good safe product for removing dried glue from a finished surface?

Dave,
If you are talking about a guitar finish, I would think scraping it off with a razor blade down to the finish is going to work pretty good, then you can just re-polish the spot.

what kind of finish ? what kind of glue ? most glues will come off with water .

Polyurethane, original Titebond.

this is a piece of cake .. Take a cup of water and 1 table spoon of white vinegar , Take a small piece of paper towel towel and wet it let it set for a few minutes , that will soften the glue .

Oh, Man, I got vampire squirrels that aren't taking the hint with an airsoft gun on full automatic.....You gotta show me how to build one of those!
