Building and finishing that guitar on top of more than passable musicianship....
We should all be so embarrassed.
Another winner, John,

Thank you all.

I got a call from my classical guitar teacher yesterday and he confirmed a commission for me to build him a classical guitar. He said that he was taken away by the sound. He said that it had concert level volume, good projection, it very quick to follow dynamically, good tone and easy to play. He is a bit older and starting to get arthritis in his index finger, the 20" radius I put on the fret board made a big difference for him.

So looks like I will make another one.

It sounds and looks great John and what a fantastic appraisal by your guitar teacher. Congratz on getting the commission too.

Thanks you Bob, I still keep the image of the steel string peg head you have on the first page of your website in my head as an inspiration of where I would like to go with my work.

I had a professional player at my house today so I was able to make a few clips of my two falcate braced guitar. He liked both of them; he thought the classical was loud, has great tone, very good bass and mid range notes, very good sustain. He thought the treble were good but the guitar would be better if there was a bit more on the high treble notes. This matched well with the fact that I was below my top resonance frequency by 10 Hz.

These are my first two falcate guitars. The documentation I have the processes in the design book will allow my to tweak my next classical. I am pretty excited to make it as my classical guitar teacher commissioned it.
