#25 was a commissioned as a gift for my neighbor to give to her sister. She’s a new player and just look that happy smile. One of my favorite things about building is seeing the new owner bond with the instrument.

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to my KGF friends. I couldn’t have done any of this without you.

Guess I could have mentioned the build:

0-14 size
Appalachian red spruce ( sourced from Diane's secret stash in West Virginia )
Local Indianapolis cherry back and sides and rosette from Indy Urban Hardwoods.
Mahogany neck ( African, from local hardwood supplier )
Ebony fingerboard, bridge, and peghead overlay. ( Exotic Wood Zone )
French polish shellac finish
