Wow, time sure flies. I finally got around to finishing the 00 from previous posts in April of 2021. Struggled with getting the pores filled using Aqua Coat, sprayed it with Mohawk black, then clear. Not real happy with the results but happy it's about done. A small center top crack started to appear when my shop got down to 18% humidity, a repair made and moved on. Top of Engleman spruce, rosewood fret board from Bob Gleason(sorry to hear of his passing) mahogany back and neck. White binding-top only, final weight 3 lbs.-7 oz.
Installed a JJB 3 transducer pickup which barely fit the narrow bridge plate but seems to work fine. A friend came over with his cool little Positive Grid practice amp and played away, I was more than happy with the sound. The truss rod cover will get installed shortly and that will be guitar #4. Comments always welcome.

I appreciate this coda to the project. I've come to the idea that the older we get, our sense of time distorts and time itself flies by at a rate we don't accept.
