What a sweet little jewel! That is one eye-popping finish. Overall, quite tasteful and beautiful. Great work!

000 12 fret
Very happy with the sound.
Here are some pictures.

Cocobolo back and sides
European bear claw spruce top
Ebony bindings, fret board, bridge and headstock veneer.
Cocobolo and veneer rosette and tail piece
One piece mahogany neck
Custom black and turquois veneer perfling
Abalone fret dots and headstock symbol
Tru Oil finish
Beautiful job! I’m starting a 12 fret 000 right now. How did you handle bracing placement? I have a template for a 000 14 fret and I am wondering if I can leverage it.
I bought a 12 fret template from John Hall. The other option is to buy the 12 fret 000 guitar plans from Stew Mac.

Bye the way….. I don’t think it makes sense to try and leverage your 14 fret design. The body shape of a 12 fret is totally different and the bridge is closer to the center of the lower bout. I suggest you get a good plan ( the best I’ve seen is stewmac ) or a template from John Hall ( which I like since you can also use it to accurately make the cuts in the kerfling for the cross braces ).
