Good looking cat - is he big and brave or - forgive me - is General Tso chicken??

I made myself laugh at least. I'm sure that's been used before :-)

Thanks for this heads-up Ray. Do you know if this product is clear or amber like zpoxy?
rgogo65 wrote: I know some use bonding e-poxy from the dollar stores and other places and seem to have pretty good luck with that..but there really IS a difference between bonding e-poxy and FINISHING epoxies, or so I'm finding out.

Adhesion issues with finishes can be one of the problems associated with the use of bonding e-poxy in this manner. Requiring the use of shellac over the E-Poxy.

What I have discovered is a finishing epoxy available at most hobby stores (Model aircraft type to be more precise) called "Finish-Cure" from BSI industries. Very interesting and a lot of folks are going to this stuff for a couple of reasons.

It's easy to find. it's easy to use because it recommends heating and the flow is better and the sanding less...it also has a 20 minute work time and last but not least it's 1/2 the price. At $9

Darryl,

It's the same approximate color as most E-Poxy
seems to be pretty clear when dry.
They are really nice people, don't hesitate to call or contact them, they'll answer any questions.

Thanks, Ray

You know John, I feel a LOT better knowing that your molds recieve a "Cat Scan" prior to shipping...now that's what I call "Quality Control!".

What I want to know is ...what's the reason the cat has to sleep in the mold? Mine thinks it's just the greatest place to rest...was that in the design also?

Thanks Ray

John, John...John...good for you..I see you have been thoroughly and properly trained!
It's very tiresome training humans..(Sigh)
thank goodness, mine has a $2000 couch to rest on after an especially stressful training session...it's tough, but someone has to do
it!
