Well then... how 'bout spraying early in the morning?
Also, I can't state for a fact that humidity is a deal breaker. It is just my experience that the spray mist is marginally finer when I'm not breathing water. Can temperature is much more of a factor.

OK, I caught a day today that was 90 degrees and humidity 48. I got the last coat of sealer on and am ready to start the lacquer.

often if you spray in higher humidity you may see some blushing on the lacquer as you build . This often will work its way out in a few days. WEAR A MASK

Even in more moderate humidity areas it a good idea to have couple cans of "Blush Remover" Behlens does offer it for good reason, nitro blushing is very common because it drys so fast and traps the moisture. I believe BR is actually a very refined thinner which is slower drying. The product softens the surface and allows the moisture to escape.
