Painted my last kit with spray can Stew Mac antique gold. Worked fine I just hate spray can lacquer. Bought Mixol Gold metallic but can't find instructions for opaque colors. Read everything on their site, not much help. Read somewhere to spray tinted lacquer over white vinyl/sanding sealer. I live in mobile so usually use mohawk instrument lacquer with blush reducer due to humidity. Any idea how to get gold top opaque metallic?I'm thinking of just buying the spray stuff and decanting it. Never done that before and at $31.00 a can seems kind of expensive.
