This great info, thanks John! The neck on my first one is natural and its a little light. Not bad but would be better darker I think. My grandfather used to stain mahogany with Potassium Dichromate, and as a result I started out using chemical stains. Highly toxic of course, but this was coming from a man who gave us mercury to play with...
