Waterslide Decal

Please tell me if I am in the wrong area with this.

I am building a 000 12 fret and am using a tortoise headstock veneer. I would like to have a waterslide decal made with my design on it. I want something that looks like gold leaf. Does anyone have a source that can make a small quantity of these for me - say a dozen of each of 2 sizes? I could also use help with making the design into the needed format.
