Noise when I touch the tone knob

I just dropped a second-hand Blacktop HH Jauguar wiring harness and pu's into a custom body, and it buzzes softly when I touch the tone knob. How do I fix it?

Could be a number of things - bad tone pot, loose connection, potential grounding issue.
