I did this weeks ago when I was gluing the top on but I thought
the binding would hide it. It didn't. Anyway, is there a way to
fix this?

Yes, add purfling inside the binding wide enough to cover the gap.

If you saved the scrap spruce from when you profiled the top you may have the neighbor.
You can cut a patch and glue it in. I would extended the tear out along the grain line to where it hits the bindings again. Basically make your mistake about twice as long. but cleanly along the grain line. This is to avoid the horizontal glue line to the patch.
Make the patch following the same grain direction. If you bindings is not glued in you would only have to worry about the joint to the top. After gluing on the patch you can then re-establish the routing channel where the patch is.
