I can provide more details here to specific questions here on the forum.
If there is any "outside" interest i will send them to this forum.

Have you "tap toned" the soundboard before and after painting.?
I have resonance graphs or audacity files on all the boards here.
Mine have a poly clear coat over "bulldog" alum-paint adherant.
All automotive/aerospace coatings. Eastwood if needed.

The board with hard black anodize is the one i think is near raw aluminum / nothing but dye in the surface oxide. note the laser soundhole engraving.....

Try to ascertain the flexibility along the string axis.
Could be too stiff.
The ribs cah be shaved off to attain flexibility.
I can do this with a belt sander, really....

I have the scallopped version ready to machine
