fixing martin top
this guitar came in with a defomed top that allowed the bridge to rotate enough to effect intonation. When this happens I know there is a loose X brace at the plate. So I removed the bridge and plate , got the top flat and sure enough the bass side X was loose. So I cleaned up the inside of old glue and flattened the top with a clamp. I use the wet sponge to pull these over sized rosewood plates. So as the top dried I use a cawl and plate to clap the top, this made it flat. Address the loose braces , made a new plate and glued in. Will do some finish touch up and then reglue the bridge.
