Im thinking to buy a,
Suhr Guthrie Govan Light Bengal Burst 2010 in a very good condition with no dings or scratches but there is some hazing and marks in the lacquer in the body curve by the neck joint (see pictures). This is in the lacquer, the body is not damaged so this by no means effects the playability of the guitar , on guitar shop they say "I would pierce the finish and get some luthier glue in behind the finish which is coming away. This would fill up the pocket of finish which is lifted" this is what the seller says but in order to buy i have to make sure that is a easy fix and after fixed will be as good as brand new, someone can help me please. Here some pictures

I am not sure they use lacquer. They may be using a poly, and yes it looks like adhesion issues. It won't hurt the playability .
You may be able to call them to find out what the finish is. They may be able to help with a fix.

That is a typical finish delamination. Many things can cause them, usually something missed in prep or in the case of a poly too thick of a film. Being a poly finish means that the only repair possible is to inject thin CA into the void. This will stabilize the area so it does not popp and break free but may very well leave a hazy looking spot when done.
