I'm not positive what you're asking, but maybe this will help.

The procedure used for a good setup is a step by step process, which works for all acoustic guitars. It's important to take your time and follow each step in turn. John Hall has excellent videos dealing with setup and intonation.

Fret and bridge placement change depending on the scale length used. As far as the string height, that's more of a personal preference, so that can change. For instance, I like my strings as low as possible; others like high strings. It all depends on style of playing.

It's important to note that the success of your eventual setup and intonation, relies heavily on the accuracy of the distance between the nut and saddle/bridge, as well as the accuracy of the measurements/installation of frets on the fretboard. I've always measured from 0 fret (the nut) to each fret placement; I check the distance between each fret, using a digital caliper, only has a double check for my initial measurement. It's ensured that my guitars have excellent intonation.
