Hi,
I have recently become interested in building a kit acoustic guitar. I am still trying to make a decision on what guitar to make and where to get the kit, so I will probably be asking some questions.
I have been lurking and reading a lot of the posts and have to say I appreciate a lot of the information provided. Look forward to talking with you guys!

Re: Hello from Texas
Greetings! Happy to have you join the asylum..
Get a kit from John. My first was a Jumbo kit back in 2005. Got a mold and a bridge setter (not available any more) too. I sure could have used all the great build videos he has provided for us now, but I got it together with Bill Cory's books and some of my own modifications, and it sounded great!
I'm working on #s 14 and 15 now from wood cut from my own yard. See what can happen!

Thank you! I have been in contact with Mr. Hall and might choose him when I finally build a kit.
And wow, 14 and 15 guitars is pretty amazing! It's also a bit frightening LOL.
