Grettings, All.

I have been building classical and steel sting guitars for about five years. I got my start with Robert O'Brien here in Colorado. I studied with Robbie for several years and now teach along side him. After he produced two online video guitar building courses, I wrote textbooks to accompany them.

I enjoy writing about guitar building and people who build guitars through my blog called "My Guitar Notes". My most recent blog series, which just began, is on efficiency in guitar building. I hope you'll check it out.

Welcome Denny, I have your book and Robbie's course. I've taken three other hands on courses and still consider myself a rookie. It amazes me that there are so many differences and similarities in building and repair and the end result can still come out great. While I'm careful not to mix processes I do continuously shape my building ideas with what make sense and works for me. Hopefully you too will benefit from some of the different approaches to be found here.
