I ordered a walnut/cedar OM StewMac kit back during Covid and have worked on it in little spurts as I've had time. I'm finally getting back to it and plan to finish it this year. Along the way, I've acquired other tonewood pieces when I caught them on sale, so I'll take what I've learned and the tools I've picked up (or jigs I've made) along the way to keep building.

I appreciate how open this and other luthier communities have been to newbie questions and pointing me towards where to find parts and tools. I look forward to learning more here and hopefully helping some other newbies get started!

Thanks,

Jason

Yep we're a friendly bunch, and no question is too basic or screw-up too stupid to ask or seek help recovering from.
