been around a while I know one on the OLF that was doing this 5 years ago. I think one of our guys did it also. Would like to know what it sounded like and what advantages it may or may not have

I sort-of did it on my 2nd and 4th guitars, but I also put in some horizontal braces and have only two curved braces. The guitars sound pretty good, even though I totally made it up.

I think I'll do something like what is described here for my 5th guitar. Not exactly, because I've never been able to follow a plan and not change it in my life.
