Hello
The strip seem to be short. Is it supposed to reach the end/front blocks? It was delivered like this so I assume that it does´nt matter.
Thanks

Look through your kit (I'm assuming you have a kit) there should be another strip, mine came with two. Make sure when you cut to length that the butt jiont falls underneath one of the back braces, then you won't have a joint showing somewhere in the middle of the guitar. I glued mine yesterday and I'm shaping them and notching them to glue the braces today (hopefully).

If there is not another strip in the box, call the kit maker. You need some more of that stuff.

No there´s not enough material on the top. I´d be happy if you sent me a piece.
My adress:

I have another question though. Should I pull the piece above the soundhole as well? Se picture.
It´s a gap under the ruler and it feels like the same problem as earlier. But that piece is almost flat, just a little radius. I don´t know if it would help.
I have glued another set of x-braces, and I´m pleased with the results.
thanks

Its tough to tell in the picture, and I know you posted a couple, but the should be a gap like what you show. It is part of setting the neck. Here is a great article explaining why it is there from Ken Cierp:

If the gap you have correlates to being part of the angle you need, you are good to go. If not, well...back to the drawing board you go.
