super glue and nitro fills

The more I do this the less I use CA. Over the years I have done a few CA fills. Over time they often will show. My drop fill procedure is more in line just using a thicker Nitro I allowed to set up. ( let the air off a small bottle with nirto in it) I like it about like fingernail polish.
I also have use glu boost and like that better than the standard CA's. Not all CA is the same.

On a flat space like a top or back, I use lacquer to drop fill, usually applied in thin coats with a small brush. Superglue softens lacquer, so I do use it sometimes on binding or purfling voids. I apply just a small drop and then gently smear the glue and softened lacquer with my finger. Done right, it works like putty and does not leave a distinct , hard lump of CA to sand.
